Last week, American media released the 13th Annual Best Hotel Ranking. The ranking was released on Tuesday based on three factors: the number of awards received from the tourism industry, the star rating of hotels, and guest reviews from the travel website Cat Eagle. The most selected hotels and award-winning hotels with more traveler reviews have received more attention. This also makes it difficult for new hotels to squeeze into the top of the annual list.
The publisher of the list stated that it only ranks “luxury” hotels and resorts, defined by U.S. News&World Report as hotels with an average rating ranging from 4 to 5 stars, but now it also includes some hotels with a rating of 3.5 stars. According to the evaluation criteria, the listed hotels must have at least 20 rooms.

Miami’s Acqualina Resort&Residences has ranked first in the United States for the first time. It has three swimming pools, a sea view, and an award-winning spa center. US News&World Report has also released more hotel rankings that can be searched by state or city. For example, travelers can search for the best hotels in California, or explore hotel rankings in 46 different towns and locations such as La Hoa, Disneyland, and Napa Valley. Then hotels can be screened based on star rating, price, and facilities.
The Best Hotel in Europe
The following are the top ranked hotels in Europe:

The Le Bristol Paris hotel, which ranked first last year, is ranked sixth this year. The Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam has become the number one hotel in Europe for the first time. It includes six luxurious mansions along the canal, as well as a Michelin two star restaurant that specializes in vegetarian cuisine. The Tremezzo Hotel is the second largest hotel in Europe, overlooking the famous Lake Como in Italy.
US News and World Rankings also rank hotels in 39 European countries from Albania to Wales. Similar to the rankings in the United States, tourists can enter these rankings based on “popular regions”, such as Capri Island, Five Fishing Villages, and Venice in Italy.

The best hotel in the Caribbean is Cap Juluca, which has a dome villa with a view of the sea and direct access to the beach. The second is Jumbi Bay Island in Antigua, providing guests with snorkeling adventures and kayaking trips.

US News&World Report also released new rankings for Canada, Mexico, and Bermuda.
In addition, it also ranks all inclusive resort hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico, namely Jumby Bay Island, Oetker Collection, and Grand Velas Los Cabos.
